Metastatic Breast Cancer
In patients with metastatic breast cancer, common sites of first metastasis are bone, lung, brain, and liver.1
Throughout the course of HER2-positive metastatic breast cancer, up to 50% of patients will develop brain metastases.2
In the registHER database, 30% (n=302/1012) of patients with HER2-positive metastatic breast cancer developed brain metastases, of which half occurred during the first 2 lines of therapy.3
